Who controls your data

Data we process
We process your name, email address, password hash, account session, plan status, monthly usage counters and billing identifiers. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store complete card numbers.
Your documents
PDFs and images selected in Formiva are processed locally in your browser by the current web version and are not intentionally uploaded to our server. Export history is stored in your browser. Your device, browser extensions or future native versions may have separate storage behaviour disclosed at the point of use.
Purposes and legal bases
We process account and usage data to perform our contract with you, secure and operate the service, meet legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests in preventing abuse. Subscription records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.
Sharing and transfers
We use Stripe for payments and our hosting providers for the application and account database. Providers process only the data needed for their role under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
