1. Provider and acceptance
Formiva is provided by Fynro Studios Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16832070. By creating an account or using Formiva, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
Formiva provides browser-based PDF and document tools. Core file processing occurs on your device. You remain responsible for keeping original copies and checking every exported document before relying on it.
3. Accounts
Your Formiva account is separate from accounts for other Fynro products. You must provide accurate information, protect your password and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan includes the usage allowance shown on the pricing page. Formiva Pro is a recurring monthly subscription processed by Stripe. It renews until cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Formiva to process unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, bypass usage limits or interfere with the service.
6. Availability and liability
We use reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every PDF. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for Formiva during the preceding 12 months.
